Everything are excellent although some service are close examples train and receive the best service esp. Mr.DyLAN who take care our family so good. I will comeback again because our children can play something in Fantasy park because they don't tall enough.

Good service and nice for food and drink recommend for visit and booking it. It’s a very beautiful place . Temp park is very excited. I’m very enjoin with this place the show it very fun. If you want to go to vacation and control budget. Take a picture in beautiful. Feel choose this hotel. Cam she is a good service and god bartender and very friendly.

Never stayed anywhere like it!

We spent 3 nights with kids aged 6 & 8. The hotel was amazing. Getting up and down the mountain with all our luggage was seamless. We were sent clear instructions via email the day before. Once off the cable car you have to walk through the hundreds of people at the beginning of Sun World however you are guided by a Mercure staff member and assisted with luggage. The hotel is broken up into many buildings scattered throughout Sun World. We were in the main Paris building. Check in was quick. We had a family room with bunk beds and it was very spacious. The toilet however just has a frosted glass door with no roof, you can hear everything! Nice toiletries but the towels were very thin. Our room had underfloor heating, it gets cold up the mountain so take a light jacket and a poncho in case you get rain. Throughout the day it gets very foggy then clears then foggy again. The hotel offers guests early access to the Golden Bridge before the day trippers arrive. There are time slots between 6am and 7:30am. Mercure has restaurants scattered throughout Sun World. We dined at a few and all meals were nice. Buffet breakfast was pretty decent. We did the international dinner buffet and it was very average. We swam in the indoor heated pool which the kids loved. The whole Mercure/Sun World experience was like nothing I had ever experienced. I felt like I was in France at times. There is no way you can see everything on a day trip and it’s totally worth staying there! If your a garden lover there is so many beautiful gardens to explore. The engineering feet of this place is incredible. We had a fantastic time and would return in a heartbeat. English is very limited by staff so have a translator app. There is no mini marts, pharmacy etc so take any snacks and medication with you up the mountain.

Wonderful Stay! Dylan in front desk assisted is very efficient in making sure that we are comfortable carrying our stuff from cable car to our beautiful room we are so blessed to have given a room upgrade complimentary with romantic decoration as we are celebrating of anniversary this property is worth all the money, plus as inhouse guest you have the privilege to see the golden bridge exclusively as they open the cable car from 6:05 and 6:35 am hope we can come back again

Nice hotel on the mountain

Booked one night in Mercure Ba Na Hills. Such an interesting hotel with unique design. As an ALL member we got a special check-in lounge to skip the line in the reception desk. Had dinner at Le Table restaurant and was served by our lovely waitress, Farah. She explained the menu well and carefully attended our table.
